2. Consumer Rights

Under Article 4 of Law No. 1023-XII "On Consumer Protection", consumers are informed of their rights and complaint procedure with the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Complaints may go to that authority or a court.

3. Personal Data

We process data under Law No. 3800-IX "On Personal Data Protection". Consent is required. Storing/accessing terminal equipment information requires prior consent under Article 113 of Law No. 1089-IX "On Electronic Communications".

4. Language

Information for Ukrainian consumers is available in Ukrainian per Article 27 of Law No. 2704-VIII "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language".

5. User Responsibilities

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation.

6. Liability

Services are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing limits consumer rights under Law No. 1023-XII.

7. Disputes

Consumer disputes may be submitted to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court under Article 25 of Law No. 1023-XII. These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law.
